Cocoon House for Teens Since 1991, Cocoon House has been Snohomish County's only resource exclusively serving homeless and runaway youth ages 13 to 17. We believe that every child deserves a home and the opportunity to achieve his or her fullest potential. Our mission is to provide youth housing and other critical community based services to youth, caregivers, families and the community, in order to alleviate youth homelessness, address and prevent child abuse and neglect, and strengthen families and the community. The youth served at Cocoon House come to us as the last refuge when other mainstream resources through the schools and community agencies have been unable to address their complex and challenging needs.
